What can I expect in a session?

Each session is a space to slow down and listen to what your body has been trying to tell you. We don't start with your story - we start with your nervous system, with what's happening in your body right now, in this moment.

You might notice tension in your chest, a tightness in your throat, or a restless energy that never seems to settle. We explore these sensations not as problems to fix, but as doorways back to yourself. Sometimes this means gentle movement, sometimes it means stillness, sometimes it means finding your voice when you've been silent for too long.

This isn't talk therapy. Your body holds the wisdom - our job is to learn how to listen to it again.

Each session builds on the last, but there's no linear progression. Healing isn't a straight line, and neither is this work. Some sessions will feel like profound shifts, others like gentle settling. All of it matters. All of it is part of finding your way back to yourself.

What if I’ve never done this kind of work before?

Most people haven't. You don't need any previous experience with somatic work, therapy, or healing practices. You don't need to understand your nervous system or know anything about trauma. You just need to be tired of feeling disconnected from yourself.

This work is suitable for everyone because it meets you exactly where you are. If you're someone who lives in your head, we'll start there and slowly invite your body into the conversation. If you're overwhelmed by sensation, we'll find ways to make it safe to feel without being flooded..

I'll provide you with support materials, reading, and resources that feel relevant to your particular journey - but only if you want them. Some people love to understand the theory, others prefer to experience it directly. Both approaches are completely valid.

The only requirement is a willingness to be curious about your inner experience, even when it's uncomfortable.

How much do sessions cost and how many will I need?

This work is so much more than a weekly therapy hour. When you work with me, you're entering into a comprehensive programme that's designed specifically for your needs and your nervous system. It starts with a 30 minute discovery call and moves forward from there.

Each programme is bespoke and detailed, with coaching sessions woven throughout and extensive work happening between our meetings. This isn't about showing up once a week and leaving the work behind - it's about integrating this reconnection into your daily life.

  • Minimum programme length: 4 months

  • Starting investment: £850 for a 4 month programme

  • What's included: Regular coaching sessions, between-session support, personalized practices, resource materials, and ongoing guidance

  • After 12 months together: Rolling monthly options available

Four months is the minimum because this work takes time to integrate. Your nervous system didn't learn to disconnect overnight, and it won't learn to reconnect overnight either. Real change happens in the spaces between our sessions, in the daily moments when you choose to listen to your body instead of override it.

This is an investment in returning to yourself - not just for the length of our work together, but for the rest of your life.

During our discovery call, we'll explore what programme structure would serve you best. Some people need more frequent sessions initially, others prefer longer sessions with more space between. The work adapts to you, not the other way around.
